Invoices get issued. Customers confirm payment. But verifying whether the money arrived, whether the amount matches, and whether the invoice can safely be closed still involves manual bank checks and spreadsheet comparisons for most UK finance teams.

Finexer has introduced Invoice Reconciliation Tracker – connecting invoice records, Pay by Bank payment flows, and bank transaction data inside the platforms finance teams already use. Where a transaction does not result in a clean match, the tracker surfaces cases such as partial payment, missing references, or low-confidence matches that need review.
Yuriy Yakushko, CTO of Finexer, said: “Finance teams are still spending too much time checking whether invoices have actually been paid. With Invoice Reconciliation Tracker, we are giving platform builders the infrastructure to connect invoice records, payment flows, and bank transactions inside the products their customers already use.”
